Serpentine Waters is a collaboration between Bangkok based Mark Godwin (zK w Gareth Ormerod on Smak (Skam), Volvox, Plague Recordings, Hallow Ground) and Berlin based Martin Maischein (Sandbenders, Goner, Teste, Hydromantic).

After meeting in Bangkok for the first time in 2016, they collaborated on the Goner EP „Yogascum“ on Hospital Recordings/Hallow Ground andformed Serpentine Waters for future musical output. Floating between genres using modular synthesis and supercollider and their expertise as sound engineers, they create soundscapes between Industrial, Krautrock, Worldmusic and Disco.
